    Ruahines anyone?

    Hey everyone,

Me and Jess were scheming on Tuesday about doing a Ruahines trip this weekend - at this stage the weather looks like it will be decidedly average to say the least, so it may (if it happens at all) be a below-bushline, hanging-out-in-huts-with-a-bit-of-walking-in-between type weekend... or some leatherwood bashing if we get carried away!

One idea (mainly cause I haven't been there before) is to go into Tamaki West Rd in from Dannevirke, up to A-Frame hut on Friday night (700m climb), then potter down Takapari road/track to either Stanfield or Cattle Creek hut for Saturday night and then back out to the car on Sunday.

Let me know if you're keen - email patonomatic@gmail.com

     b)  I need to listen to the Frogs thumping the all blacks cos I'm sick of rugby and it will be cool to see the all blacks beaten

either that or a video player and a tape...
