    Trust me, they weren't looking happy. A woman would have realised from the outset that carrying a heavy rock up a hill&nbsp;would not make&nbsp;her happy. A man only realises this half way up&nbsp;the hill and&nbsp;is too stubborn to admit it.

    If being a man means you're silly enough&nbsp;to haul a 13kg rock out from totara flats to holdsworth, I think most women will agree they&nbsp;are happier as they are!

    OK, the plan for this weekend is to drive round to Cape Palliser some time on Saturday, find a place to camp where we can enjoy the sunshine, swim by the waterfalls, scramble around the rocks and drink beer.   • Lost knee brace

  • Midwinter Christmas!

    Hey everyone, This weekend is our midwinter Christmas tramp! The plan is to head to Mangahao flats hut&nbsp;in the tararuas on Saturday (meeting at Hunter carpark at 8am) and come back out again on sunday. It's going to be an awesome trip with lots of yummy Christmas food, so if you want to come (why wouldnt you?!) and havent signed up already ...
