I have the first aid certificates for those that attended the Outdoor First Aid course run through the club recently. If you have not already been given yours then you will be able to pick it up at the Tuesday meetings or feel free to contact me and we can make other arrangements.

I'm going crazy from lack of tramping goodness so I'm going bush this weekend. I'll be making my way into the Orongorongos at some stage on Saturday, stay overnight and come back some time Sunday. Shouldn't anything too challenging as the intention is to take a few people new to the club out as well. Let me know if you'd like to come along.

Thanks for your invite Jane. This sounds like a bit of fun and a great inter-club event. Unfortunately I'm not going to be around to organise a trip up. I know it's a longer weekend so people may have more ambitious plans in mind but it would be good to send a VUWTC contingent up. Anyone keen to organise this?
