Hey people

I am currently in the process of signing for this flat.  I move in on 22 August and my brother will move in about that time as well.  We have one room available and are looking for a responsible, friendly, considerate flat mate to join us.  Please no smokers.

The rooms are all double with wardrobesbut one is small double.  Two rooms get fantastic views of Evans Bay and morning sun.  The other room gets afternoon sun. 

There is a big deck, large lounge, outside washing line, heaps of storage space and on road parking. 

The rent will be 150 per week plus expenses.  If you don't have bedroom furniture we maybe able to help out.
