Hey All

 This track is proposed to go from Waiopehu to Waitewaewae, on the ridge.  It will be a tramping track, so not overly manicured.  

Anyway, they are currently looking for feedback, and I figured if anyone  has a strong opinion about this that they write to Wayne Boness and express their opinion.  wboness@doc.govt.nz

 I mentioned at the huts committee meeting that there was some concern about changing the nature of the area by tracking it, and Wayne was keen to hear peoples views.  

 I don't have strong opinions either way, and I'm not really sure if the club as a whole has an opinion, so I thought I would leave it up to individuals to express their views.
