Hey everyone,

we have a room going spare in our super awesome Brooklyn flat for one month only until Jess gets back at the end of November. Rent could be negotiated as its for such a short time, but say around the $100 pw mark + roughly $15 expenses for phone, internet, power/gas. The room is medium sized, no bed currently (but we could provide a mattress), with built in wardrobe. There is a big lounge/dining/kitchen area, porch with views over the harbour and of course 4 awesome tramping flatmates - namely myself, Hazel, Manoel and Francis.
