    Regan Fan Club fact #4 requires amendment.  Regan follows the principal that it is better to give than to receive.  Regan likes to give cupcakes.

    I propose to amend to the following. 

    Regan follows the principal that it is better to give than to receive cupcakes, with exception to cupcakes as a food substance as defined by Standards NZ.  Cupcakes that meet the definition as stipulated by Standards NZ will fall under the policies of 'Reganomics'.
