As some of you may know Scotty is leaving us for another country to drive buses about the place.

So what we have to offer is

• $120 per week + expenses
• A large double bedroom in a 4 bedroom flat (Shared with 3 other people. Sam Felicity and me)
• Nice house with good living area including modern kitchen and heat pump to make winter warm but cheep
• Nice location near bush with singing Tui’s included and plenty of on street safe car parking
• 10 min train ride to town
• Available from sometime after the 9^th Jan but am flexible with dates
