This weekend there is a marvellous event of marvellous proportions going on! We are going to Waikanae! Waikanae is a small beach town about 40min drive north of Wellington and Sam the Man Baker has a very nice batch there.
So the plan is to head up there on Saturday late morning / afternoon. Enjoy the beach, then partake in a bit of drinking that evening, a party even. Stay the night up there in the batch on the lawn in the gutter etc. Enjoy the beach a bit more on Sunday morning then make our way home Sunday afternoon.
If you are keen to come along there will be plenty of people with cars going so we should be able to sort out a ride. At the moment I have one with 4 spare seats.
