Anyone keen for mission this weekend 19-20 jan? :)

    Hi all!

Just wondering if anyone would be keen for a tramp of some kind this weekend? Or bikeride, climbing mission, whatever!

I'm definitely keen for a mission this weekend!

It's Wellington Anniversary weekend so Monday's a holiday too.  So it could be a good chance to get to the Ruahines...

    Anyone else keen?

Anyone keen for the beach, or somewhere sunny to try and re live the holidays that have recently past?  To stay in that euphoric holiday like state keeping a smile on the dial.  My suggestions...

Golden Bay… Ok a bit un realistic
Tahunanui… Ok closer but still un realistic

    • Climbing at a exotic north island location Whanganui Bay, Tongariro, Taranaki
    • Road tripping it and beaching it at Riversdale or Castle point
    • Take a visit around the south coast of Aorangi Range lake ferry way
    • Batching it up in Waikanae then beaching it and drinking it (not the sand!!) – This would require a batch supplier.
    • Mountain biking – From Makara peak to Redwood forest in Rotorua.
    • Tramping over gentle rolling hills far away from the masses of long weekend trampers and their screaming kids.  Ruapehu Summit perhaps
    • Tubing or pirateless raft racing
    • Visit the Hutt… Naaa...  Well if Tim is there I am in!

You see an endless supply of activities that bring back that euphoric like holiday state.  Once you add a bottle or two of your favourite spirits all that holiday feeling will flow back and you will be back there again - until you wake up the next morning but we will ignore that fact.

So keen as keen for holiday invoking euphoric like state activities
