    Yay exciting holidays!! When abouts are you thinking of heading down to Takaka Jess? I guess I'm keen for something from maybe the Thursday of the first week through til that weekend, but do have to spend some time in Wellington I think or work and uni combined might suffocate me!! Am also keen for something snowy, but don't have massive amounts ...

  • Uni holidays adventures....

    Hey everyone, I was just wondering if anyone's got any mad schemes up their sleeves for the upcoming uni holidays? There's various South Island adventures up on the calendar and is anyone actually keen for such expeditions? Or even just a trip closer to home? I'm keen to get away for a bit, but need to let work know what I'm doing! Annabel

    Hey people I emailed and people I didn't... Just a reminder entries are about to close for this, so email me if you want me to flick on the entry stuff.     Hey in the interests of carpooling (and Sophie not shuttling people!!) I'm planning on heading out there prob round 8 or so tomorrow night with an empty car if anyone is coming from Jville/town direction and wants a ride... I'm also planning on bringing trusty Buttercup (my tent) so won't be able to give you a ride home that night but sure ...

  • Mukamuka Munter 2008

    Hey all the extreme crazed mountain runner people out there... The Mukamuka munter (where you run or tramp with a 15kg pack&nbsp;29km through the Orongorongos as quick as you can) is back this year. There's a trophy for the club which gets the most entries too so kudos if you can rope other people into doing it too! It's taking place on June 28 ...

    Heyhey Just pointing out as well as the Ruapehu weekends, Glenn is also organising a week long winter mission in Mt Cook in August and is involved in the NZAC meet in the Darrens later that month too if you're keen for mad freezing cold climbing adventures and are bopping round the South Island then...
