So there has been a change in plan on the Climbing – looks like we are going to do the Papatahi crossing as a day walk on Sunday

The Papatahi crossing is a trip that goes from Wainuiamata through the orongarangas over the Rimutakas and out to the western lake Wairarapa.  DoC time puts it at 12 hours but I would say that would be 10 or under.

It looks like we will have one group going one way and another group going the other way so a car swap will be the plan

It will be a fun and good trip.  Let me know if you are keen.
