Hi all,

The weather is looking reasonably crappy this weekend so what better than to go and do something awesome. Rob and I will be heading somewhere into the hills on Saturday afternoon and back out on Sunday. I can't say where but you know that if members of the terrible trio are involved it's gonna be amazing!

Given the crappy weather this will only be a medium fitness trip.
