hey all

 I have booked 15 spots for a Kapiti island trip on 6th June, so if you are keen to come, sign up quick.  Kapiti island is a predator free island with heaps of native birds and very friendly Kakas - it's well worth a trip.  not quite sure of cost yet - will post about this.  

 Also trying to organise a conservation weekend for Somes island, going over and doing some work there, which will be very cool.  It is penciled in for the 9th May, but I need to confirm this.
