Hey Hey Hey- The coolest flat in brooklyn is throwing a party!

Combination Kieran's B-day and overdue flat-warming, it should be double the trouble and super-spiffy!

Come check out the great views, rapel off the front balcony, eat and drink excelent concoctions, and laugh at kieran for being an old working man :)

Plenty of tent space on the back lawn, and a bit of floor space as well in case you dont trust your navigation skills while under the influence of... chocolate of course :)

Flat to be found at 91a Karepa St. Take Helen st to Apuka st, then L on Karepa, then a sharp L upon reaching a row of garages on the left, and look for obvious signs leading the way to our humble abode :)
