There is a plan in the making for mountain biking this weekend in Rotovegus (Rotorua).  Rotovegus is the home of the mountain bike fun park Redwood forest

The current plan is

• Head up Thursday night
• Mountain bike Friday (skiving off work on Friday)
• Mountain bike Saturday
• Head off to the beach for the rest of the weekend

Some of us are looking at staying up Tauranga way until Tuesday doing the odd bit of biking and the odd bit of sitting on the beach.

The way things are shaping up it looks like the following

• A group of us heading up Friday night biking the weekend then hanging around until Tuesday
• A group heading up Friday night for the weekend coming back Sunday night

So if you are keen to come along and previously thought you may not be able to make it before, there is a weekend only group. 

It will be good times and good fun

I am keen to join you on saturday night and sunday.  I will be at Mt Ruapehu on the whakapapa side on saturday so I have to figure out how I will get to red wood forest park.  Once I have that sort I save me a seat, space for my gear and my bike.
