I'm leaving my flat on the 22nd June to go overseas.

Our flat is at 13 Devon street about 10 minute walk to uni and 15 minute walk into town, really close to the fish and chip shop and Aro Video. 

It has a lot of character, is on a bit of a slope, and has a fire.

There are three other flatmates and a chiuaua (all very relaxed and friendly).

The room is small but has a loft bed with a ladder and comes with a chest of drawers and a rug.

Rent is $85 a week plus $25 expenses (incl: power, phone, broadband, sky and shared flat expenses such as rubbish bags, toilet paper, washing powder etc) 

$200 bond

There's no off street parking but a shed for bicycles etc
