HOME: Film Screening for World Environment Day, 5 June
The film HOME, by world renowned French photographer Yann Arthus-Bertrand, will be shown free of charge around the globe on World Environment Day, Friday 5 June.
This film has been shot entirely from the sky and takes us 'on a sensational journey above planet Earth' and provides us with an unusual portrait of its current state: its beauty, but also evidence of the threats posed to it by human activity. As the accompanying background document states: "It's too late to be a pessimist".
This movie is a non-profit initiative fostering the protection of the Environment.
