I'm officially a tramping club member, but havent managed to do any... tramping, yet. 

 

I'd really like to get out and experience some of the climbing around wellington (I haven't ventured farther than ferg's) but alas, have no car to get me there. If anybody is heading out around wellington to climb with a spare seat in their car, I would be super stoked if it was possible for me to tag along. I've got my own harness and shoes, but no rope or draws. I'm fairly novice in trad placements but keen to learn more, and sport climb around the 18 (more, if i haven't deteriorated too much) area.

 

To summarize, if  you're heading out with a spare seat, need an extra belay, or photographs taken, I'd be amped if i could come with.

there is not too much climbing around wellington - either bouldering around baring head or trad climbing round titahi bay... the rock is known to be a bit loose too.
