Introduction
VUWTC maintains a e-mail mailing list for the use of its members and interested persons. This list is a primary means of communication between all club members.

Sending Messages
To send a message to everyone who is a subscriber to the vuwtc-list List, use this address: vuwtc-list@lists.vuw.ac.nz Only people subscribed to the list may post messages.

Netiquette
Adherence to a number of procedures commonly referred to as "netiquette" will enhance the use of the vuwtc-list Mailing List, and we urge you to carefully review these recommendations and abide by them as much as possible and let us know if there are other areas you would like covered in our "netiquette" expectations.

• When you post a message to this list, indicate your topic in the subject line.
• Include your full name, school/department and phone extension/contact details at the end of your posting, so that people may contact you directly if they wish.
• Should you post a query to the list, offer to compile the responses and post a summary to the list. This will avoid lots of "please send me the results" postings.
• Please do not use an automatic confirmation feature if your electronic mail system has this option, as these confirmations are posted to the entire list, cluttering it up and wasting time.
