Kawakawa bay and Taranaki

Hey Guys,

I'm back on the road, so trying to organise trips near where I am so anyone keen on either:

A wander up Taranaki on 5th & 6th of March

Kawakawa bay (Taupo) for a climb on the 19th and 20th. I'll have my trailer so can probably take a powerboat around rather than walking :)

Anyway let me know if you are keen for either.

Hey Guys,

So my olds are away and I was thinking a BarBscew and few brews at my place tomorrow night might be the go. There are places to crash if required, but you might get roped into helping clean up in the morning! And for those who are game I found 2 crates of 3 year old home brew the other day! I might even see about getting the spa going!

For those un-initiated people my place is at 10 Kate Way, Karori. Look it up on Google maps as it's hard to find otherwise!

Righto, so I hear there are some people out there keen for some hangi action once again. Given it's been a couple of years, I think it might just be time. But I will need help. Location and date are still to be confirmed, but if you are keen flick me an email using the contact function on the site or turn up at the pub tommorow night and let me know and we can start the ball rolling. It will need to be resonably soon, or we may start to run into issues with fire bans.

Anyone keen for a day ski trip on Friday? Weather looks sweet and hopefully won't be too crowded being a weekday. Could consider staying on and having a play on Ruapehu or Taranaki if people were keen too.

I'm back for only a few days from India before heading off to the Caribbean and am having drinks at the RPNYC Yacht club 103 oriental bay parade on 2nd of June from 6pm. Would be cool to catch up with anyone who can make it down. I realise it's meeting night (sorry) but I'm pretty limited for options.
