Definitly Ollie! So long as they dont get too frequent or boring, that is. But yes, meetings like the last one, involving tussock monster sightings, feirce competition, and grand adventure scheeming, could definitly make for an amusing write. Of course, writting about you adventures in the snow the other weekend would be better.... :)

Heyhey,

Although the more trip reports being sent into Jess the merrier, most of the stuff (except for the inspired activities) going on at meetings is up on the web, either as part of Jess's weekly update or posted up under 'club trips' in the forums. Most people even put their photos from the weekend up so you can check those out too.

If you ever want to know more about a trip going away or that went away, email the trip organiser (who is listed on the calendar which is also up on the web) and they'll be happy to help out.

well,just an idea for those of us who are unlucky enought to have to miss out wonderful meetings now and then, I was wondering if it were possible to just upload a brief summary of what was discussed or talked about ?

maybe just short notes,

eg.

- talked about food for next trip

- slideshow from last trip

- Voted on where we go climbing next

just short and brief so one can stay up2date :D
