We're still looking for flatmates so if you're looking for a flat this could be the ideal place. The place gets heaps of sun and great views and at just $120 for a double room it's a good bargain. It's only 20 minutes walk to town and the place has a really nice lounge and dining/kitchen area.

Hey everyone,

so me, Hazel and Manoel have got the lease on a nice 4 bedroom house in Brooklyn - and we're looking for 1, maybe 2 (if Jess doesn't find a source of income soon) flatmates to move in with us.

Its in Bruce Ave (so not too far up the hill), is north facing with plenty of sun and has a small deck. Also it comes with drier, washing machine, fridge, gas stove and even a piano for the musically inclined...

We'll probably put an ad up on trademe soon with some pics, and sort out a time for people to come have a look - weekend after this perhaps? Move in on 7th November, and have yet to sort out whose in which room and what prices (but $550 for whole flat, so between 5 should be pretty cheap), but will keep you posted.

Let me or Hazel know if you or anyone you know might be interested - for the summer or longer.
