Just tear off a bit, wrap it round the affected part of your foot and it will bind to your sock, cushion, reduce friction, wick away mositure, etc.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Or so it is claimed - if anyone wants to give it a go and see if it works, let me know and I'll bring some along on Tuesday. Personally I found that wearing a polypro sock liner did the trick for me and I haven't had blisters since. And then there's Steve with his toedoms. &lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;This might be the next wonder treatment though (and is free) so try it out and post some feedback here!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
