Hey Everyone

My two of my friends have pulled out of a 10 day tramp from St Arnand to Lewis pass due to injury. My friend and I (who still want to go) are thinking it would be great to have one or two people to join us. We start tramping on 27 Dec and are planning to be finished on 5 January 2011. You would need to organise your own transport. Let me know if you are keen to join us.

I'll be kicking around the Otago / Southland area from Xmas until Jan 5th. Can certainly arrange a bed and / or Sunday roast for anyone in the area.

Hello, I am hoping to head to the south island just after Christmas for a holiday break. I plan on doing a bit of tramping and climbing here and there as well as driving about. Some places I am hoping to get to are

Golden bay (Wanganui inlet included)
Jackson bay on the west coast (weather permitting)
A bit of Fiordland
Catlins
Tiwai point smelter
Jason’s mums for Sunday roast

So if anyone is keen on a couple of weeks without too much pace and getting about the south island please let me know and we can formulate something.
