For anyone who is keen, it looks like some of us are going mountain biking at Rotorua, followed by some more biking and climbing in the Bay of Plenty followed by some more biking in Rotorua. There will be plenty of opportunities for hot pooling, lazing on the beach and beer drinking. It is likely this trip may continue to Waitangi day on the Wednesday

Depending on the car fullage factor and other things we may also be able to help with transport for the T xing on the way up and on the way back if you want to come back Wednesday

Heya dude!

I'm pretty sure I'd be keen - I've been on multiple attempts and every time we've been foiled by sudden storms, hypothermic Craigs and other miscellaneous obstacles! Maybe its me...

Anyways, if you're going to be at the meeting tomorrow I'll catch up with you there!

Tongario Crossing Feb 1-3 Whose Keen?

Hey All,

So I've chatted with a couple of you about this at various times at club meetings, but it's finally coming up! I have a mate coming down from Canada and we want to do the Tongario Crossing. I've never done it and I've heard it's awesome. Would love to have some more company if anyone's keen. As said, the dates would be the 1-3 of Feb, so heading up Friday, walking on Saturday and then heading back Sunday.
