Rogaine at Te Whiti Park

Hi All,

If you're interested in Rogaining then you're in luch. The last Rogaine for the year is coming up on Tuesday 4th December (next Tuesday). It's a 3 hour course starting at 6pm, with maps handed out at 5.30. It's a $5 entry fee which covers pizzas at the end (an incentive to get back on time) and should be a good evening.

The details are:

Start point is on Whites Line East at the entrance to Te Whiti Park.

Park on the street as the gates are locked at 8:00pm

For those coming from Wellington exit SH1 at Petone, drive along the foreshore, after crossing the Hutt River turn left at the roundabout into Randwick Road.

Follow Randwick Road across the bridge over the railway, then turn right at the roundabout into Whites Line East – head straight toward the hills – Te Whiti Park is about 200m past the bridge over Waiwhetu Stream.

Even though it will be almost all in daylight a torch will be required.
