Rob and I will be heading somewhere into the hills on Saturday afternoon and back out on Sunday. I can't say where but you know that if members of the terrible trio are involved it's gonna be amazing!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Given the crappy weather this will only be a medium fitness trip.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Let me know if you are keen. &lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
