I am trying to get a northern crossing happening this weekend. This would be exciting because it crosses the northern Tararua's. But it does require a couple of things

More people and swappable cars (key swap between groups going in the opposite direction)

So if you are keen or think you are keen let me know

Northern Tararua’s this weekend!!

This weekend we are running a tramping trip to the glorious Northern Tararua’s. On the cards we have a trip or three going to locations such as

Mitre - the highest peak in the Tararua’s.
Tarn ridge - The tarneyst ridge in the Tararuas.
Dorset ridge - Not named after that rubbish TV series, Dawson something or another
Arete forks - Not a climb.

So it will be fun fun fun with spare fun to go round. There should be a trip for all levels, so come along to the meeting and sign up.
