Have emailed the people who expressed interest, so let me know if you didn't get it. Need to get a good idea of numbers so we can sort out transport (let me know if you can bring car too) and&nbsp;see if we've got enough tubes!&nbsp;And in case you don't know, tubing is where we throw ourselves down rivers in inflated truck tire inner tubes which is lots of fun!</P> <P>The basic plan for this trip is to wander in on Friday night to Field or Penn Creek huts (2-4 hours depending) and then float down the Otaki River on Saturday. Its a bit weather dependent (we, or at least I,&nbsp;won't go if its flooded or freezing cold) and you'll need to be able to find yourself a <STRONG>wetsuit</STRONG>.</P> <P>Other things that might come in handy:</P> <UL> <LI>Helmet</LI> <LI>Dry bag for anything you don't want to get wet (ie sleeping bag)</LI> <LI>Sleeping bag for friday night</LI> <LI>Breakfast, lunch</LI> <LI>some extra warm clothes (hat, gloves)</LI> <LI>life-jacket?</LI> <LI>cars to get us there</LI></UL> <P>Will update later in the week as to whether/what is happening!</P> <P>Cheers</P>
