OK, so the weather looks crap and some people aren't keen, including myself. I think it would be wet, uncomfortable and not ideal for a camping/drinking trip. Therefore the event is cancelled.

I am plannning on meeting at the hunter carpark at 6pm and being back in Wellington (not the hutt) mid afternoon satuday (say by 2ish) so if anyone wants a lift I have spaces in my car.

I'm leaving WGTN around 6PM on Friday and returning back around 11AM on Saturday.

Unfortunately, I'm staying in Upper Hutt for a couple of hours on the way back.

As far as transport will be concerned we will meet at "hunter carpark", Victoria University, at 6pm. If you do have a car, drive those who do not up there.If you do not have a car, jump in one and give the driver 10 dollars for his trouble. Once on the Gorge Road keep going till near the end where you should meet us.

Come for a night of drinking, camping and bonfires. For those wishing to stay for more than just the night, the Waiohine Gorge also has a lot to offer such as tramping, walking, sight seeing, hunting and trout fishing.

After almost a years worth of training it would be good to catch up with you all! If the weather looks bad, I'll organize a catch up somewhere dry in Wellington.
